Bouygues Development and Redrow London are pleased to present their revised plans for the proposed Sir Simon Milton Westminster University Technical College, which will be located on the site of the former Ebury Centre, Sutherland Street.

Following extensive consultation, the scheme has now been significantly revised to reflect the feedback and comments from residents, councillors and stakeholders.

Working in partnership with Westminster City Council, University of Westminster and the Sir Simon Milton Foundation, these revised development proposals will provide a flagship technical college as well as delivering high quality new homes.

The public exhibition is open to all and there will be an opportunity to ask questions and formally register comments.

January 2015

We will host a number of events in London stations and community spaces, dates of these are below:

5th January 2015 next to UTC Site, Sutherland Street, 14:00-16:00. Consulting local residents passing through.

9th January 2015 – EDT Go4Set event

Network Rail is sponsoring an Engineering Development Trust (EDT) Go4Set Challenge in central London schools. This 10-week challenge, entitled Stations for the Future, is aimed at teams of six Year 7 students with a view to promoting engineering and encouraging STEM subjects in schools. This Network Rail Go4Set Challenge is being run in partnership with the University of Westminster and other employers including BT(Fleet), Crossrail, Land Securities and TfL.

20th January 2015 – Education Consultation Event, ThamesBank Centre, Turpentine Lane, London, SW1V 4BD between 16:00 and 19:00

22nd January 2015 – Victoria Station, 11:00-15:00, consulting London residents.
